It does not say:

The magistrate/praetor/governor took and sold their property to give to anyone who had need. They (i.e., "all the believers") did this of their own volition, which is what He preached/encouraged.

Think about it, which rich man will get into Heaven?

1) the rich man whose wealth is forcibly taken from him and given to the poor, whom he will resent and hate for the rest of his days (along with the government that did it);

or,

2) the rich man who hears Jesus' message, takes it to heart, and freely divests all of his wealth and gives it to the poor?

Jesus provided a roadmap to salvation, not a system of government.
