3 reasons why he stays:
1. good backup QB is more valueable than a 3rd or 4th round draft pick especially when your starter is just a rookie.
2. who ever said Cincinatti must not be aware that they already have a good starter at QB and aren't going to give up a 3rd or 4th for a potential backup QB
3. Same goes for Arizona

Agree with the first 2 but Arizona needs a QB man, Palmer is literally on his last leg. Yes he a 3500 yard passer but he is one injury away from retiring. I think he would be a good fit in NY or Buffalo
