Hey, I am a lover of your average cheddar/pepperjack/etc. cheese too!
Although I've paid $$$ for meat and cheese plates at some restaurants and that end up being what they do -- not cool. Restaurant IPO in Baton Rouge being on example.

I knew there was a reason I liked you. The simple homemade is satisfying but I also like more refined items when I'm out.

Variety of cheeses from the odd and ends basket, marinated garlic, Louisiana beets, pickled spicy snap beans, and mini toasts.
