Just for some general reference, 0% body fat would mean you're dead basically, so no one is that. People often don't understand what is an actually realistic low % of body fat.
Some of the leanest looking elite athletes are just below 10%. That is a very hard number to get to, and almost impossible for a DL that is 310 lbs. For instance, Lebron said he was at 7% body fat after his crash no carb diet before last season in which he lost a ton of weight.
I'm sure CL has leaned up a bunch though. Great to hear.

That doesn't make the number accurate. If a skin fold/caliper measurement was performed, most of those numbers are probably a bit off.
Hydrostatic weighing is substantially more accurate in terms of body fat measurment.
