and that, in a nutshell peej, tells anyone on here over the age of 21 exactly how dumb you are. Anyone with any intelligence realizes that while talented....TF are going to frick up. After the first two games last year, people, you included, were saying LSU would be lucky to win 1 SEC game...at best. I came on and said I still thought 8-4.....and even I undersold the improvement the team made. Yes they made 8-4 but literally handed the game to bama...and they actually got back into the SEC race...after 95% of this board had written them off....some very, very happy that they were losing.

Well you certainly aren't factoring in 2011 and 2012 are you now...you can and will shite on those years I'm sure...but they were pretty damn elite years...and both were with less than great QB play. You, like the other negatigers, like to pick years selectively to point out as trends.

Oh I admit I have a problem with dumbasses....it's a fact...I do. I love the stupid frickers on this site that ALREADY know how our season and how our QB play will play out. They act like it's a normal thing for us to have 8-4 type seasons...when in fact it's only happened twice in the 10 years miles has been here...both came after there were huge losses of starters.......I don't care if people think LSU won't be great...but don't give me the results of the season already before a down is played because you have no idea about offense or qb play...at this point. Bama is extremely talented...without question. So is LSU. Bama has had some very fortunate things happen to them over the last several years that sure as hell didn't hurt them. They seem to get a ton of breaks.....in 2009 the PP interception...go on to play Texas in the NC game....Texas loses star QB in first quarter......still made game of it. Not saying Texas wins...but it certainly didn't help their case.

In 2011, obviously, they get a do over. Call it what you want, and I'm not going to debate it...but LSU did, in fact, go to Bama and beat them during the regular season. Had OSU been awarded the NC game, it is VERY likely that LSU and Miles currently have 2 NC's and Saban and Bama have 2..with current teams. Fast forward to 2012....good year...LSU giftwraps game in BR....but they are fortunate to draw ND in NC game. Fast forward to 2013......the SEC committee determines there needs to be a schedule change......lol.....they swap Georgia and Ky with LSU and Bama......and did it with a straight face.....ha

Alabama is very good.....they have been fortunate as well...as has LSU. End of discussion.
