Where the hell have you been? No, our QB situations do not always work themselves out

look bud, I've been watching shitty QB play just like everybody else. the biggest problem I saw was that LSU didn't have a QB ready to start in the SEC. both were just not ready. now, both have had more time in the system and inexperience. at LSU and elsewhere, it sometimes takes awhile. look at Prescott at MSU. he was awful for a couple of years.

In all likelihood, by week 10 we will all still be baffled and frustrated by the way our QB's were handled.

odds are you are wrong about the first part. I strongly believe, backed up by years of observation, that our QB play will greatly improve this year. and you are wrong in saying it was the way they were "handled". it was the way they played. there isn't anyone on the planet more frustrated than the LSU coaches that it has taken this long.

I saw a hell of a lot of improvement in the bowl game in QB play. yes, AJ overthrew some passes but that was not the reason we lost. it was clearly our D that cost us that game. Notre Dame controlled the clock and our D just stayed on the field giving up one first down after another.

I don't know how it's gonna play out but I think this years team, barring injuries, will be a damn good team with much improved OL play, WR play and QB play. quite frankly, the defense is what concerns me. but the D almost has to be better than 2 years ago and the first half of last year. at least we will have a front 7 that can stop the run.
