not to mention if LSU took a highly ranked QB last year, Franks might not be committed right now

How come HArbaugh brought in two 4 stars in 2015 and 1 highly ranked 4 star for 2016?
Why can't we do that?
How come Bama can bring in Blake Barnett and David Cornwell and has yet another 4* for the 3rd year in a row committed in 2016? Why don't we load up at QB like our peers?
