Why would Vegas not let that line creep up to 16.5 if people will still load up on TCU?
80% of the wagers may be on TCU, but I bet 80% of the money is not.

The Supercontest weekend was this past weekend and most of the guys I talked to liked TCU and I'd imagine those guys bet pretty decent money.
