Bubble for sure. Considering about 85% of the new construction homes there are built like utter garbage I don't see the $200+/ft lasting forever.

I don't see how it can either. Price has escalated 10% in the last 6 months for some areas. Houses are selling just as quick too.

Is this a joke? $200/ft is NOTHING for a home in a metropolitan area (other than Detroit).

They aint making no more real estate in NOLA, brah. Location, location, location.......
