Higher rates of injury is not a working program.

I'm not going to argue this. I've been doing it for two years without any injuries. You just have to know your limits and not be a fricking idiot.

It's worked for me. Weight is up, body fat percentage is down. I'm close to being in the best shape I've been in since high school. Never been injured.

But it's not for everyone, and I do agree that the Games went overboard this year.
