I think Les is pretty sharp, but maybe not a calculating genius (but he's a football coach, not a brain surgeon, rocket scientist, large corporate CEO, etc so genius isn't required). Most of his comments are his way of saying "I'm not giving you insider information to satisfy your burning desire to know every single detail about the football team. I run it my way and public opinion won't change that." He is for sure not a bumbling idiot like many on here like to believe.
