Clearing brush is easy enough. Building shite like lakes, golf courses and pretty much anything that matters takes skill and perhaps a little talent. My dad had a dozer operator (RIP Clarence), that was a pure artist on a bulldozer.

It's funny you say that cats are the best when every big job I've been on they've used either a Volvo or a Hyundai.

Komatsu shits on CAT IMO and I have owned and rented a lot of equipment over the years.

About the only other brand I would own besides Komatsu would be Bobcat when talking about a Mini Ex or Skid Steer loader.

My forklift is a CAT though because I got a good deal on it.
