Explain exactly how it works and works better than other protein supplements. Explain how this is measurable.

you say none worked as well, what does the recovery product do that you realize it is 'working'. I mean how do you isolate the results of the protein recovery drink from hydration, workload, sleep, etc?

I think the Progenex Recovery is amazing in its taste and the way it mixes, but I just trialed a few packs that were given to me. I don't take any supplements.

I always laugh when people say they got good results from a certain brand of protein powder.

I honestly do not get it when people say this. Protein powders will not yield measurable results. It is a food replacement. The only noticeable difference between reputable products is taste and mixability.

I think the problem is finding a reputable product. Lots of people out there buying protein powders spiked with fillers and touting them as the best protein powders ever.

I really didn't see your post! But it is amazing, I am sure there are some that are 'better' but you got to be one finely tuned dude or gal to notice any difference that can be isolate to just your new drink.

A bodybuilder in England says he drinks breastmilk everyday instead of using protien powders and that he's seen a 40% increase in size just this past year. Granted, he is only 1 years old, but still.

I think a lot of times it is people new to working out getting results and attributing those results to the protein powder.

Well I guess I am basing it off of the amount of time it takes me to recover after a difficult WOD. Its all opinion, based on my experience with several other protein sups. I know this is a hydrolized isolate, and the more a protein is hydrolized, the quicker it absorbs into your system. Maybe Progenex Recovery is hydrolized more than others so it allows me to recover faster. I have no idea. I am not a scientist.

I use Progenex as a post workout protein immediately after my workouts: Cookies and Cream More Muscle.

Ran in for a quick arm workout today. Crushed my triceps with seated pushdowns and behind the neck extensions.

I wanted to do one more set with the 120 on the extensions but I had to stop at the 110x8 due to time.
