The fact that this is a recurring issue is fricking bullshite. I wonder if the parish will be refunding water bills for the next 60 days bc they didn't do their damn job.

THIS. I mean, let's be honest. Do people realize this shite doesn't happen in any other State in the union. I love Louisiana but damn it really is somewhat third world down here at times.
