They were actually having a calm conversation. He even willingly gave the officer the bottle of alcohol that was in his vehicle. I am still not sure at what point he was considered a threat and needed deadly force to be stopped from his terrible actions.

How about the part where he cranked up the car, through it in drive, shut the door and slammed on the gas . Or how about where he refused to show his ID and get out the car.

The cop asked him multiple times if he had his DL. Not answering him over and over is acting like an idiot.
I'm not even gonna mention him trying to flee from the cop
