I wouldn't have indicted him. He was dragged and Idk how the jury doesn't see that. His life was endanger. He countered deadly force with deadly force.
To avoid this all Dubose has to do was comply, and he would still be alive.

He wasn't "dragged" until he himself used deadly force. to full completion
Besides that, he was dragged because, as I stated earlier, his dumb arse clung to the corpse of his victim and/or his victim's car and allowed himself to be put in danger.

He MAY have been dragged AFTER he popped a cop in the guy's head.

He didn't comply fully but it was no reason whatsoever to shoot the kid in the head
I don't see how people like you don't see that. He drove off. The officer's life wasn't in danger. The officer pulled his gun as the kid was trying to get away from him.
Using this logic a cop has a reason to shoot anyone just about anyday if they don't comply fully
