What is very strange to me is people who side with cops killing people are usually the same people freaking out about a national healthcare system, claiming the gov is over stepping its authority.
Their feeble, grain alcohol-saturated brains can't handle the inherent paradox in that. Morons like Ole Yeller claim to be conservative but really need the government to oversee every aspect of their daily lives, which I guess makes sense when you need help wiping your arse.

I never said that. I said had he obeyed the officer he'd be alive. Very simple concept.

If only the undertrained campus police officer didn't whip out a gun for a routine traffic stop, he'd still be alive

The Consequences of ‘Fleeing the Police’ The criminal charge of fleeing a police officer is often added on to other criminal charges. For example, a driver who fails to immediately respond to a police officer’s signal to pull over may be charged with fleeing the police. Or, a person who runs from a house where the police have noticed suspicious activity may be charged with fleeing the police. A criminal charge of fleeing or evading the police may be either a misdemeanor or felony charge, depending on the circumstances. For example, fleeing the police in a vehicle is a felony charge, but eluding the police on foot is usually a misdemeanor.
The world is being overrun by idiots

You get pulled over for speeding then proceed to take off, hitting the cop and you see this as the same as breaking the law by speeding????
He didn't hit the cop. The cop lunged into the car for his ignition then shot him in the head.
The DA and OTHER COPS are saying he's guilty of murder, yet dumbasses on the OT think its the drivers fault for being shot in the head.
If he had been arrested, sure, that would be the drivers fault for being a dumbass. One person is at fault for this murder. He should not have any expectation of being executed for what he did.

Did you watch the body camera video?
If he would have obeyed the officers command and stepped out of the car, none of this would have happened.
yes, I watched the fricking video. The cop shot him when he pulled the door shut. Why did the cop even have a gun pulled during the traffic stop? Can you answer that?

And if the college code hadn't have worn that short skirt then she wouldn't have been raped.
Some of you people are scary.

Just F'n comply and listen to authorities for once.
Can you think of any situation where not complying is warranted?
Say a "consentual" search of your home, or complying with the officer when he tells you to open your car trunk? Or disclosing how much cash is in your wallet, or in your bank account? What about when he asks to see your cellphone? Just imagine how angry he will be if you don't comply. What about having an interview in a police station without counsel, or he demanding you waive your rights to grand jury?
You don't want to upset him, he might shoot you in the head.

No. In the beginning I called him a racist cop, did I not? He pulled him over for something ridiculous. But he also had no reason to kill the guy. I don't agree with this video. They're both in the wrong. You don't flee and you don't kill when there isn't a threat.

What is the fricking deal with AA's doing fricked up shite in the presence of the police and getting themselves killed? Needlessly?
What is the deal with dumb arse posters making irrelevant comments.

Still not his fault he was executed.
It would have been his fault had he been arrested. He did enough to warrant an arrest, sure. He did nothing to warrant an execution.
"Comply or die" mindset among ignorant people in this country is so scary.
No one is defending this guy even in his own department. Think there's a reason he completely lied on the report? He knows damn well its 100% his fault.

Failure to comply.

I'm a real conservative you fricking drunk hick. I don't believe in the government being allowed to execute citizens for trivial offenses.
sometimes idiots get whats comming to them. This can be a good example to people out there. Comply with the officers and dont try and use your vehicle as a weapon. He could have ran over the officer and killed him. He asked for it

Have you heard of an indictment? There needs to be evidentiary grounds to support one. Clearly, the DA felt there was. DERRRRRR

Well that solves it. Shoot the fricker.

Translation, he was black. Don't kid yourself.

Regardless, he didn't deserve to be shot; I'm not going to excuse a trigger-happy idiot in a position of power shooting somebody because the somebody was imperfect.
5. The officer asked him to take his seatbelt off and step out of the car and he pulled the door back and started the car and began to drive off.
Let's ignor a critical fact here. It's always wise.

No. They say repeatedly in trial he's guilty and try to prove he's guilty. The jury decides if they agree or not.
Are you a cop? You seem just about the right intelligence level to be one.
