Either way, this is very surprising. There are a lot of guys from well-connected families in that lineup. St. Tammany is not known for being kind to drug offenses, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

The judicial system is much kinder to non-violent offenders w/ competent and politically connected legal representation.

Sadly, more and more good people from good families have been getting hooked on heroin.
