and this fella from thibodaux was there eating , as well ,and we struck up a conversation about the food. He was once a cook at Politze in Thibodaux and he was also sayin how much he liked the food there. A table of people from Lafayette came and asked to speak to the owner and he came out and the heaped praise on him sayin this was good Acadiana style food and , of course , I agreed.
