And no, not from the fricking University of Phoenix... I was looking at Cornell, Villanova, and Syracuse.

My wife has a PHR from the HR Certification Institute, whatever that is.

I have a 2009 PHR training/study guide with DVDs that i will sell you for $50 ....paid $600 for it. You will pass the PHR if you study it. It not hard, just very comprehensive
