I've had to do this a few times myself.
1. Buy Revolution drops. They are the best. They don't last an entire month though.
2. Adams is the best pesticide. Use the shite out of the foggers and spray. You'll probably need multiple applications.
3. In high activity areas (bedrooms), wash your sheets once a week. At night, leave bowls of water out in the floor with a small light above it. You'll kill twenty fleas a night by drowning.
4. Pull up all your carpet. Nothing else we did had as big an impact. We pulled up the upstairs carpet and redid the hardwoods underneath.
Revolution, Adams, bowls of water, no carpet.
