The only thing I think they fricked up on leaving out was Snape's Worst Memory, and I would have appreciated more time with the Weasleys terrifying Umbridge. OotP is a very sloppy book. and could have been shortened by a good 200+ pages. HBP has much more plot to cover than Order did, and I think Rowling learned from it and made HBP and DH better books as a result.
