Not going to become a force overnight unless you have a middle eastern take over. Have to build organically and make sure you don't over extend your means and end up right back where you started. A club like this is currently playing catch up in everything down to the academy and facilities. It can take a really long time but you have to do it the right way. And during that time there is no reason you can't bring home a cup trophy or make the odd run in Europe from time to time.
