Micah Rogers, a clemson fan, is accused of smashing and stealing part of Howard's Rock, which is rock that clemson players rub before games. He is in court this week. He's facing a Grand Larceny charge with a 10 year prison sentence.
There may be some fark worthy content from this.
All the prosecutors case is circumstantial, they have no confessions, recovered fragments, tools of the crime, eye witness or indisputable photo/video evidence. Also, The Judge, Solicitor and Defense Attorney all went to USC Law School. The only clemson fan in this case is the defendant and his dad.
Here Micah is with former clemson QB Tahj Boyd.
IF THE CHIP DON'T FIT, YOU MUST ACQUIT
The alleged truck used in the incident.
More info on the case

quote:
[Defense Attorney] Frank Eppes said the rock, a piece of quartz that originated in Death Valley, California, but also common throughout Pickens County, was worth less than $2,000.
“It’s a rock as common as dirt,” he said.

That's going to be perfect, if he's convicted.

Micah Rogers, a clemson fan, was found...
The jury basically decided that the rock wasn't worth more than $2000. lol
