PLEASE post directions here! My grandmother was not a great cook, but her hot water cornbread was kick-arse, and she died without passing it on to anyone.

I love this stuff. My grandma use to make it with chicken and dumplings. Its a lost art.

Seems like you are making the patties too thick? I don't know. I read a couple recipes and it seems pretty simple.
