It's different in my experience. When you are in pain you don't get the euphoria, you only get it when you aren't in pain. At this point though if someone slipped me 5 of them without me knowing I wouldn't even feel it enough to know they did it. When you take high doses of opioids for a long time your brain builds more and more opioid receptors, which is why people's tolerance increases and why they can't get the high like the early days. To get high now I need at least 120mgs of oxycodone just to feel anything, but I usually take 200-300mgs in a 24 hour period, and it's just a nice high. To give you an idea of how much that is its equal to about 50-100 hydrocodones, depending on their strength and costs around $200 for the day. Like I said I really do enjoy it, and I would like to do them one day out of every 6 weeks, but I can't find them and don't really look. I didn't take any after I stopped for a couple of years but then I decided I wanted to do them on occasion because they are awesome so I decided on once every 6 weeks, I never did them more than once a month after I stopped, and it was great until the people I know switched to heroin so no more for me at all. It's no biggie and I don't think Bour it but I would like a nice high every once in a while.
