Where this bowl sits on the totem pole, it also needs some level of support from locals. The teams the bowl brings in won't bring sell out crowds. Fans of 6-6 teams don't really follow in droves to Shreveport. Doesn't help that the area surrounding the stadium is a dump. Plus theres the fact that Shreveport/Bossier gives exactly zero shits about supporting local sports.
