2800 heated with a standard two car garage and small balcony off the second story and first story. Nothing really that fancy honestly and drawings are pretty detailed. Most builders say they were backed up from the rainy spring and were months behind.

When you do hire a contractor maybe offer a bonus for early or on time completion. Seems kike supply and demand is not working in your favor in this market...

Is the market that hot in Monroe? I thought it was hot in ascension. I could handle 2800 sqft without delay and I have multiple builds currently.
