Nothing wrong with the drawings and really nothing that special about the plan. They all told me they were super busy but it has been three months since I gave them the drawings and two of them haven't started.

if they haven't looked at them in three months they aren't going to.

Re liquidated damages, etc if they are that busy they aren't going to even entertain that shite. it just may very well be that now is not a good time for you to build a house. if the contractors are covered up with work it means they are good builders, the fact that they can't get you a quote illustrates that
