People who condone these videos are animals. shite blows my mind how any reasonable human being could watch that video and say that was a just result

I don't think most argue that it was just. I for one do not condone the use of lethal force for simply not complying with police orders. As a reasonable human being though I did read up on what occurred when i first saw the video this morning. Knowing what transpired and putting myself in the situation I can say that it is not as cut and dry a "bad cop" scenario as you seem to think it is. Blame does not just lie with the victim, but it also does not fall squarely on the cops either.
