Just started watching Silicon Valley and I like it a lot. Curb is an obvious choose if you've never seen it before

Carnivale...I'm curious of your thoughts on it

I thought Carnivale was weird as hell but pretty good. I would have liked 1 more season for sure to see where they take that Ben/Sofie storyline. Jonesy was a pimp lol

OP, GoT obviously is a must watch as well as Rome.

Have watched a lot of great shows thanks to the Movie Board. Does it only have to be HBO shows? Watching Spartacus and Luther right now and like those a lot so far.

The order really doesn't matter.

If I were you, I'd watch GoT, Silicon Valley, Deadwood, Boardwalk, Curb, True Detective, and Rome.

Just watch 'em all.

was about to say this.

I watched it a few years ago and was looking for a new HBO show the other day. Now I'm watching the Pacific.

Shameless is one of my favorite shows. Ray Donovan is very good too.

Oz could be a solid choice for your next series. Curb is one of my favorite shows but you can easily just watch any episode of that show here and there. If you didn't catch the first season of True Detective, WATCH IT NOW.

Yes to both of these. Some of my two favorites for sure.

They're also pretty damn easy to get through only being mini-series and great to re-watch.

Shameless is good. Leftovers is weird but intriguing and the new season comes out soon. Deadwood is pretty good but disappointing if you've already seen justified. Oliphaunt looks like a pussy in comparison on DW. Plus the ending of the 3rd season was just fricking pathetic.

Six Feet Under

How would everyone rate this compared to the other HBO Series? I've seen most of everything listed except Six Feet Under and Carnivale. I watched some of Six Feet Under years ago when it first came out, but I didn't get into it, and my wife and I watched the preview recently and it didn't really interest me. I keep seeing people on here recommend it though, so I'm thinking I need to at least watch a few episodes
