as much as you want to say it's a professional environment, they're still dealing with high school seniors...
it is interesting to wonder what exactly goes on there from a social dynamic. with all the multi-sport talent there (and being so new), does the football team still walk around like the stars of the school like they would in 90% of normal high schools? those kids are probably so used to that
is it so professionalized that they don't even give a shite? how will this affect them on the field against the actual high schools they play? will they develop chemistry?

quote:Yea absolutely, I played soccer and baseball there (eventually just baseball) and the baseball team was the shite when I was there and we were viewed a lot more favorably by the girls, or at least that's what we all thought and nobody was there to tell us otherwise. Honestly they put the tennis players in class with other tennis players, golfers in class with other golfers, etc. so there's really no such thing as social hierarchy there. They literally put you in a social bubble and pound into your brain for 12 hours a day that you're the most athletic, greatest human being ever born to (what I can only assume, to this day I don't know the real reason) get your confidence up so it'll translate to swagger on the field

quote:Hell yes, they go to school from like 8 AM-1 PM and train with their teammates from 2 PM-~9 PM every night, the team chemistry is unlike anything in the nation
