OB Mechanics and ZTR experts assemble by BiggerBearHave you checked the blades to make sure their clear and there's not some electrical cord, hay rope, fishing line wound up in them?

Yes. Once of the first things I did was check the blades.

My Kubota runs the deck off of hydraulics so I'm not sure if your smaller one does this or not. Do you have a hydraulic pump that could be low on fluid?

Had a similar issue with my John Deere 717A after 10 years. It turned out to be the plugs. Replaced them and it ran fine. In addition to checking the blades for something wound up, I would also take the belt off and make sure that all the blades are spinning freely.
