Utah is better than Milwaukee and Utah maaybe can sneak into the 8 seed.
No doubt in my mind CHI makes the playoffs even in the West over Utah if they were in the west.

There's one tier, SAS, CLE, GS, LAC, OKC.
NBA champ will be one of those teams. No one else has a shot in hell unless all teams listed here perish in plane crashes.

I actually can agree with this. I just based it on who I think could win a series or not in the playoffs
