Could be. This was a while ago. Most camera places offer scanning though.
I was in a printing shop one time and picked up a book. It was one family's photos all put together (they had to have been scanned first-there were several copies of the book) and also captions (printed). It was huge-a grandpa spent a long time putting it together.
But it was incredible. I sat there and read the whole thing. I cried at the end...someone had added pics of him in his hospital bed smiling right before he died.
What a wonderful gift to give to your family.

I know digital photos are great, but I love these books with the photos printed. Once everything is stored digitally, I may take the time to put this together. Thanks for sharing that story.
