Tommy Moffitt workout plan

Can anyone provide me with a link or shoot me an email with a document of the full offseason workout plan that Moffitt uses?

Not being a jerk at all but if anyone could just print Moffitts plan, there wouldn't be a need for Moffitt. Any Joe blow could be the S&C coach.

i see what you mean, but not necessarily. still need someone to coach them up. i bet a lot of coach's playbooks are identical.

At one point I believe there was a workout on LSUsports.net actually

There's really nothing new under the sun. Sure, different coaches favor different protocols, andd a new fad comes along once in a while, but nobody has any double secret technique. You lift progressively heavier weights according to a structured routine, and you get progressively stronger. That's all there is to it. Motivation and the ability to get players to buy into the program is what sets apart a good S&C coach.

He does so many different things, it's hard to say what his plan is. I know they do a lot of Olympic lifts (power clean, hang clean, squats, snatch, bench) coupled with resistance from chains or resistance bands. Everything they do is focused on powerful and fast twitch movements

Nah, you're not a jerk. You're just ignorant which means you don't know any better. Moffitt motivates people. A printed workout sheet helps but without a motivator and a proven genius like Tommy to help the kids, the plan is useless.
