Get someone to help you google "Steven Scotlof".

Then see if you can get that person to explain how killing someone on your own soil is not similar to an army invading another sovereign nation.

No one said it was. Why isn't ISIS carrying out very many attacks at all - whether civilian kidnappings, bombings or other general terrorist activity - on Israel. You seem to be unable to draw any distinction between any act of aggression whatsoever, and all out invasion.
