Looking at both their websites, Western is $9511 while App is $10471 for out of state. Not ridiculously more expensive, and Boone is slightly cheaper to live than Cullowhee. It's really splitting hairs.

Anywhere in the area would be good enough for me. Appy State or UNC Asheville would be fine.
