Cat, they aren't quite there yet on NVH and for and finish.
To the OP, Germans have always been innovators and Asian marques are always replicators. German reliability has improved b/c of Asain competition.

Vette, I know we had this discussion. That being said if Lexus Is copying they're doing everything right. I drove an RX350 last summer while on holiday. It was a beautiful ride. I can see why all the over 60s get it. My better ride and feel than my wife's LR4 (which I love). I have an Audi and can't say anything but good things. Well, except that it feels a bit underpowered compared to the 5 series.
