I just spoke to them and explained my displeasure with allowing people with a lower ranking to have the same opportunity and selection time as myself. They said they are working on a resolution right now and trying to email the people with selection times about ability to relog into the website.

This man was nice on the phone to myself...hi name was Darnell I believe and did understand my situation. Hopefully they email everyone with new times pushed back. I've donated for years to have the ability to get something lower instead of nose bleeds and it looked like this would be the year. Hoping this SNAFU doesn't result in my loss of that.

Just called myself and the lady on the line said we would be getting an email in about an hour (maybe) with new times, possibly tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm still refreshing my screen every few minutes though, just in case.

Website back up but selections for today postponed. Everyones selections will be moved. If you were affected in the timeframe today for selections you can pick tomorrow. Everyone else will start Monday per the Ticket Office. Emails should be sent out soon with your times (they will start at 9AM i believe)

ticket selection time is a stressful one and I would be shook up too if this happened to me...they have usually been pretty fair in how they handle this kind of thing, though...

Hopefully we'll be able to get decent seats tomorrow. People picking tomorrow are those who were scheduled today between 2:01pm and 5pm.
