...since when do you ride a harley?
I traded in my old Roadstar 1700 a little over a month ago for a Ultra Classic Electra Glide. As for just riding Harleys, the first one I owned was a Sporty back in the early 90's.

Way to downgrade.
Do yourself a favor and get it tuned on a dyno. That way you don't have to obnoxiously rev it every 30 seconds when at an idle.

Way to be an attention whore on someone else's big day. Selfish bastard.

Downgrade? I went from a $4000 bike to a bike worth 3 times that much.

Well, I bought it at the Harley dealer in B'ham so it's dialed in quite well. It's got a Harley-Davidson racing tuner and Rhinehart exhaust. So she runs good and sounds good as well. As for revving the engine when at idle, it's fuel injected so there's no need to ever rev the engine.

Price isn't everything.
If they did, good.
The local Baton Rouge Harley shop couldn't tune a guitat string much less a bike. If you want it tuned, you have to take it over to the Honda shop.
You'd be amazed how many of those harleys they tune in house DO require revcing because they are super rich down low and lean up high. It shouldn't even be possibke to screw up that badly.
Just some gentle hazing

Well. I think it's funny. My friends brother did this some years back for a cruise. Him and his podnahs all grew staches and went by different aliases the whole trip to frick with people.

So because I disagree that the wedding is only about the girl, I'm the whipped one? I'd love for you to walk me through that logic.
What color bridesmaids dresses did you choose for your big day?

In 2013 mustaches were ironically cool. Now wearing a mustache just makes you look like a gay virgin.

Do you think we would be doing it if the groom hadn't approved and is growing his own?
Character and class aren't something you should rely on the groom to teach you. Be a man. I can GUARANTEE you that it would be a huge favor if you would talk him out of this stupidity. He would thank you one day. I teach my kids every day to LEAD and not follow.
This is a special event for many many people...friends, family, parents friends and coworkers, etc. It should be strongly advised to remain classy and respectful of everyone and not make this a stage for you idiots to make it about yourselves.
Dignity, class, and respect. Show those things and you will be happy you did. And so will your friend and all of his current and new families.
