I would say yes, but the black isn't as pronounced.

Similar question, had a can wash up on the beach yesterday,, had lots of growth in it, when I threw it up in the beach two little shrimp like critters fell out, but they had claws. One bigger than the other, were they lobster? About an inch long

They aren't all black. I've seen all kinds of variations of white and black for cotton diseased shrimp. I would not eat them by the way.
