Baton Rouge traffic is not that bad, especially if you live in Baton Rouge. It is a little worse for those who want to live in the suburbs and commute to Baton Rouge. But screw them, if they want to have an easier commute they can move to town.

I didn't choose to live, work, workout, and grocery shop all downtown because the traffic elsewhere in BR "is not that bad". It is frick awful, and I've lived in several parts of town.
