You should be good. I basically quit after HS and through college then started playing again after I graduated from LSU. I was back down to a 5 about 2 years ago when I was playing regularly again. Then I got the yips about this time last year...started hitting balls again last week.

I had this happen to me in college and it was so discouraging I hung the clubs up for over a year.
