As tacky and stupid as the purple and gold confederate flag decals are, it's protected speech, and it will never be banned. The confederate battle flag itself isn't going to be banned.
All the people yelling, "slippery slope!" over this are far more oversensitive and whiny than the people that want the flag removed from government sanctioned uses like South Carolina statehouse or Mississippi's official state flag.

Why? It's not a confederate flag. This one is purple and gold. The confederate flag is red blue and white stars

When will I stop seeing Black Power tshirts and stickers because I'm offended? My white self is triggered after I see it and it makes me feel like I'm about to get my arse beat. You see, its suppose to work both ways but I guess black lives matter more than any other race.

Mine will be flying. It's funny. Down here in thib there has been a bit of an outpour of proud southerners surrounding these events. I noticed a few lsu rebel flags hanging from houses. And the occasional guy flying one behind his truck. Good shite.

I always find it interesting that liberals insist on tolerance, but when the opinion is not in line with theirs, they get intolerant. Almost like a two year old shitting their diaper, jumping up and down on their baby bottle, and screaming when the world doesn't revolve around them.
The same amendment that gives folks the right to preach their views on tolerance (and related blather) is also the amendment that gives one the right to the Purple and Gold Stars and Bars. Regardless of what you do, someone is going to be offended. Life goes one.
