this concept sounds interesting but I only work out first thing in the morning so it sounds like it'd be useless for me to try to backload towards the end of the day.

1. Lift Heavy.. ALL THE TIME
2. Don't exceed 45 minutes per workout
3. Eat a protein heavy diet: 50/35/15 P/C/F
4. Avoid carbs from bread: Fruit & Veggies only
5. Drink shitloads of water.
6. You will look like 200lbs of hard dick in no time.
