I don't get the age argument. The best player in the world is 30. Players are playing later into their careers then ever. Shooting is one of those things that translates well in to later stages of a players career.

He'd be 32 by the end of the supposive deal they are chasing. That's not too old.

hey im not saying he's "old", im just saying that hurts his value some. On top of his limited game.

Lebron is a freak, we all know that.

joe johnson got paid in his 29 season, we all know how that has worked out. He's going to make $25mil next year.

Diminishing returns as a player ages whether it be bc of injury or loss of skill vs the amount of cap they take up

Ask Brooklyn how it is employing the likes of deron Williams and joe Johnson. Yeah they are playing later into their career but..
