Only if they are causing you trouble or are very likely to - that's another cash cow that is heavily over-treated.

I haven't had any problem yet for 23 odd years. My dentist always tells me to think about it b/c they eventually will get infected. Eventually isn't currently in my book.

The new hygienist told me to get them removed as a preventative measure. I then asked her if she's had breast cancer b/c I knew of a good preventative measure for that. She didn't think that was as funny as I did.
