Maybe I should build one 
Probably would be a fun project. It looks like I could get some 1/4" hard faced plate and refractory and have a much heavier duty safe than most offer. Can you just buy the door?

I know some companies sell vault doors.
If you want some real security from theft you need as much steel as possible and you need it bolted down. Fireproofing is another factor to consider.
A safe is really just one phase of security for a gun collection.
