Most of the ones people are suggesting are not in the $3 range especially at a cigar shop.
For the money Cuban Rounds are good. $3.00
I had a Arturo Fuente Curlyhead yesterday at the recommendation of the cigar guy at my go to liquor store. $3.49. Again, for the money it was very nice.
